Materials & Care
Each piece is an original artwork, made slowly and by hand using botanical and earth pigments sourced from flowers, plants, insects, and other natural materials. I’m drawn to these pigments for their depth, unpredictability, and the quiet richness they bring to the surface of the work.
Because the materials are natural, subtle variations in color and texture are part of the piece and cannot be exactly repeated. Over time, the pigments may gently evolve due to exposure to light and environmental conditions. This natural transformation is part of the artwork itself—a reflection of time, place, and the living quality of color.
To care for your artwork, I recommend placing it away from direct sunlight and areas of high humidity, especially during peak daylight hours.
